🐷 Garmin Vivoactive 3 Heart Rate Not Working

I’m now on version 7.20 and it has made no difference and behaves as you describe. Garmin has not responded. I’ve tried different watch faces but no improvement. It’s strange because both touchscreen and y swipe work on other pages just not from the watch face page. Sync issues to Strava. Not sure if this should go here or Connect mobile, but I’ll try here first. When I complete an activity on my Vivoactive 3, it automatically syncs to Strava, May well be GCM doing that for me. Thing is, I don’t get much data synced. I get an activity and time, I get only average heart rate and max heart rate, but that not showing steps on watch or app. HI, i was not showing my steps on my watch or phone app since Wednesday, Dec 11th. I have been extremely busy at work and finally had a chance this morning. I tried turning the watch off and on. But in the phone Bluetooth it still shows "connected" but in app settings it is not connected and still will not On my Vivoactive 3 watch, I have lost the heart rate widget that displays my current heart rate, as well as the heart rate trend for the last 4 hours. It was present before. The data (both history and real-time heart rate) can be accessed on my Android phone, just not on the watch. The VivoActive has a set of functions quite similar to those on both the Polar M400 and the Fitbit Surge . The algorithm of the sleep evaluation is based on movement patterns and (individual?) heart rate. Perhaps in your case the curve shifts with larger changes, and what was deep sleep before becomes light sleep. As satisfied as I am with the Vivoactive 3, the sleep analysis imho is hardly usable. I just completed a 5 km walk and the heart rate was as low as 62bpm the whole time (below my resting heart rate) and then in the last 500 meters of the walk the heart rate suddenly started to become more accurate. .
